If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt of goods at info@coffeelink.com with your order number, a short explanation of the discrepancy/delivery and photographic evidence of the entire front and back of each item/s inside your order.
If you have changed your mind or ordered something incorrectly, you can return your item/s back to us within 48 hours of receipt to the following address:

Please include your order number, reason for return and what you would like in exchange inside your return parcel. If you would like to change the item/s i.e. to a different coffee, it may result in additional charges to which we will call you to collect the payment before resending it. Goods must arrive in unused, unopened and perfect condition. We do not cover the charge for the return but will cover the charge for the replacement to be sent back to the customer or issue a refund (excluding delivery costs) if no replacement is wanted/changed your mind.
Unfortunately claims cannot be considered outside this time frame.
