Sidamo is a very well-known region with rich soil, ample rainfall and optimum temperatures that yields some of the finest specialty coffee beans.

Its distinguished bright apricot, jasmine and caramel tasting notes have been influenced by the wet-processing method. It brews excellently in cafetiere and filter, however we would encourage you to try using other brewing methods as well.
