FAQ's and COVID19
We are continuing to cover the cost of all U.K. Coffee deliveries using code 'FREEDELIVERY'.
Due to COVID-19 and the number of people in isolation, delivery carriers are struggling to deal with increased volumes without additional resources, which may lead to delays on some orders being received.
We have had an update from Royal Mail that they are currently experiencing delays of up to 2-3 additional days to a week in some areas. Please be assured that our team will be doing all we can to ensure that your coffee is roasted and posted to you as quickly as possible.
The tracking link isn't available in the "shipping is on its way" email?
We are aware of this - Because of the difficult times we are facing, Royal Mail will take longer to provide a tracking number/link for your delivery. Please know if you have received this email, that your coffee is 100% of its way to you. Only email us if it's been more than 1 week since placing your order (doesn't include weekends).
How many coffee options do you offer?
We currently have 37 different coffee options on our online store sourced from 21 of the best coffee growing regions in the world.
What is the best brewing method?
The 4 most popular methods for brewing coffee at home are The Dripper, The Moka Pot, The Cafetiere and The Aeropress.
Why am I getting charged for delivery?
Delivery is free to all the U.K. To ensure the delivery cost is removed please ensure you apply 'FREEDELIVERY' in the discount code section at checkout. (Minimum order value £9.95, unable to honour if it consists of any other promotional codes)
Why am I unable to add two discount codes?
Like many other online businesses, we don’t allow two promotional codes to be used in the same order.
Are you open during the weekends?
Orders placed before 1PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM on Fridays are dispatched on the following Monday, sent via Royal Mail on a 48 Hour service however, due to the current circumstances, please allow the time-frame mentioned above for your delivery.
Do you have any plans to close?
The Roastery in Suffolk remains open for online orders only. We have no intention to stop roasting and posting coffee, but if anything changes, we will notify everyone with reasonable notice.
Is your click and collect service still available?
Click and collect is not possible at this moment in time. Due to COVID-19 our 21 Espresso Bars and coffee shops remain closed. Staff and customer safety are of the utmost importance to us. We are roasting fresh coffee for online sales only.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes we do! The Coffeelink Coffee Club includes 2 x 227g bags of coffee in the flavours and grind types of your choice, on a weekly, monthly, or fortnightly basis, with delivery included, for just £10.99.
