"How many coffee options do you offer?"

We currently have 37 different coffee options on our online store sourced from 21 of the best coffee growing regions in the world.

"What is the best home brewing method?"

"Why am I getting charged for delivery?"

☕️Delivery is free to all of the U.K. To ensure the delivery cost is removed please ensure you apply 'FREEDELIVERY' in the discount code section at checkout.

"Why am I unable to add two discount codes?"

☕️ Like many other online businesses we don’t allow two promotional codes to be used in the same order. 

"Are you open during the weekends?"

☕️ Depending on order volumes we may roast over some weekends. All orders placed online at www.thecoffeelink.com no later than 13:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day; please note this is an aim, not a guarantee. Online orders placed after 13:00pm on Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the next working day. The Company cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on the day of ordering. Orders placed on bank holidays or during other closure periods will be dispatched on the first working day after the closure period.

"What is the cut-off time to place an order and have it despatched on the same day?"

☕️Orders placed before 1PM are despatched on the same day. Orders are processed via Royal Mail on a 48 Hour service, however due to the the issues mentioned above please allow 2-3 extra working days for your coffee to arrive.

"Do you have any plans to close?"

The Roastery in Suffolk remains open for online orders only. We have no intention to stop roasting and posting coffee, but if anything changes we will notify everyone with reasonable notice.

"Is your click and collect service still available?"

☕️ Click and collect is not possible at the moment. Due to COVID-19 our 21 Espresso Bars and coffee shops remain closed. Staff and customer safety are of the utmost importance to us. We are roasting fresh coffee for online sales only. 

"Do you offer a subscription service?"

☕️ Yes we do! The Coffeelink Coffee Club includes 2 x 227g bags of coffee in the flavours and grind types of your choice, on a weekly, monthly, or fortnightly basis, with delivery included, for just £10.99.

Very disappointed with my Sumatra coffee. The roast is not dark enough, so the resulting brew is very mild without the rich strong flavour I am used to from this bean. There doesn’t seem to be any way to request a dark roast and all your beans appear to have a light roast! If I wanted coffee this mild I would have bought Nescafe Gold!
Sorry but once I get through the 1kg bag, I will be unlikely to order more, unless you can offer a dark roast option!
I had hoped to send an order to my son, but again a light roast would not be acceptable!
